Shipping: Products are shipped within 24 working hours upon receipt of payment, except for payments by bank transfer, which will be shipped once the payment is credited.

4. Return and Replacement

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product within 30 days from delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Code. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a communication via one of the available contact methods on our website, including:

• Order number and proof of purchase
• Product codes to be returned

Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, as requested. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective.

Upon purchase, you will automatically receive the receipt in PDF format, attached to the order confirmation email. If you need an invoice for your purchase, you can provide the required details during the checkout process.
