Is it possible to purchase without registering?
Yes, of course, if you do not register on the site, you can still make purchases on the portal. Add the desired products to the cart, go to the checkout and fill in the checkout fields.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery of an order in Italy usually occurs within 24 working hours after shipment (48 hours for islands and remote areas). Please note that orders leave our warehouses every working day, so we always guarantee very fast delivery times.

Can I pay on delivery?
Absolutely yes, during checkout you have the option to select Cash on Delivery (available only in Italy) as your payment method .

What material are the lenses (and/or frame) made of?
The material composition of the glasses is indicated in the description published on each product sheet.

What are the measurements of the glasses?
The measurements of each component of a pair of glasses are also indicated in the relative description. For support, consult the measurement guide.

There is an error/problem with my order, can I cancel it?
Yes, you can always cancel it by contacting us before it is shipped, no later than midnight on the same day of purchase. Our logistics service is fast and efficient, and shipments leave our warehouses every morning; therefore, if the cancellation request arrives after midnight, there is no more material time to proceed with the cancellation, but it is still possible to start the return procedure after delivery.

How can I make a return?
