Return Period

You have the right to return products within 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, complete with all accessories, and in its original packaging.

Return Procedure

2. Ship the product to the address provided by our team, using a trackable shipping method.
3. Once we receive the product, we will proceed with either a refund or an exchange, depending on your preference.

Return Options

• Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product for another, once we receive the returned item, you may choose a new one from our catalog. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
• Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will process it once the returned product is received.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
