By purchasing from our portal you always have the guarantee of being able to return the goods within 30 days from the delivery date. After this peremptory deadline it is no longer possible to return the goods. In order to authorize a return it is necessary to return the products in their original conditions, together with any accessories with which they were delivered to you.

To proceed with the return, simply contact us expressing your desire, taking into account that it must fall into one of the following two cases:

1. RETURN WITH REPLACEMENT: If you have received a product that you want to exchange, you must send it back to us and, once it has returned, we will make the exchange, allowing you to choose another one in our store. Any difference in price (lower or higher) of the product chosen as a replacement will be refunded by one of the parties. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: If you wish to withdraw from the purchase within the indicated terms, you can send the goods back to us for a refund. In this case, you will simply need to use any shipping service (we recommend the standard postal service for its low cost). Once received at the office, we will issue a refund for the amount of the original order.

* In the event that, at the time of delivery, the package is found to be clearly damaged or tampered with, accept the delivery with a Reserve for Inspection . In this way, you will be protected from the complaint to be made to the courier in the event of a damaged product (read the note at the bottom of this page).

NB The return with replacement for any products that have arrived damaged can be exercised only and exclusively if the delivery has been accepted with reservation of control; in this case you will only have to pay the cost of the new shipment and we will replace the goods in full. Otherwise we cannot proceed with the replacement, and you will therefore have to proceed with a new purchase.
